I’m having a problem or have a question that I can’t solve. What do I do?

We’re always here to help you. Please submit a support ticket with your question, problem or bug fix and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We’ll normally respond to support requests within the hour but no later than 24 hours.


How do I know when you’ll release new features?

Normally we’ll post a message that will appear on your dashboard to alert you of important updates and changes. We will also give full details on our blog that will explain things in detail. I’ve put a section on hold but it’s still allowing ticket sales

Chances are you are trying to test while still logged into your administrator account. Since you are an administrator you have the ability to sell tickets that are put on hold. So when you are logged into your account you will have the ability to sell tickets that are on hold. To see this from the public’s perspective log out of your administrator account and then view your venue store.


Why do I see “Box Office Sale” as a payment option during checkout?

There is one important thing to note here. You are probably still logged into your administrator account when you’re viewing/testing the venue store. Read the rest of this entry »


How can I see my venue from the patron’s point of view?

When you have your venue and events setup you can easily view your “Venue Store” by clicking on the Venues tab and then going to the far right in the Administration column. Quick Start Guide

Please take a few minutes and read through the following instructions and you’ll have a much easier time getting acquainted with the ETS system.

Step 1 – The Dashboard: Each time you login you’re presented with your “Dashboard”. This is where you can get an overview of your events and venue statistics. Events are listed by the upcoming events at the top of the list. You may also notice news postings regarding issues, updates, reminders and improvements to the system. If you plan to purchase a ticket printer you can do it quickly online or call to discuss your options with a sales rep.
