How can I see my venue from the patron’s point of view?

When you have your venue and events setup you can easily view your “Venue Store” by clicking on the Venues tab and then going to the far right in the Administration column. (See image below) In the drop down that corresponds to your venue select “View Store”. This will provide you with the view from the client’s perspective.

Also, when you link to your venue store, the URL shown in your address bar is the link that you should use. It will look something like this: http://events.eventticketingsystems.com/venues/your_venue_name_here/

Important Tip: There is one important thing to note here. You are probably still logged into your administrator account when you’re viewing the venue store. If you are currently logged into your administrator account and viewing your venue store you will not see the account registration prompt that a patron will see during checkout. You will also get an additional payment option called Box Office Sale when finalizing your orders. To see the store exactly as your clients will see it, open your venue store in a new tab or window, log out of your administrator account and then continue to review your venue store.
